Are you a defendant in criminal proceedings, and was a monetary payment order imposed on you under the provisional suspension of the proceedings?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Article 281(2)(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure provides that a monetary payment order may be imposed on the defendant, requiring him, for the purposes of compliance, \"to deliver a specified sum to the State or to private social solidarity institutions (\u2026)\", and the Commission for the Protection of Crime Victims may be designated as the beneficiary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, you must mandatorily proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. make the payment by bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0781 01120 11200 1424 006<\/strong> \/ BIC: IGCPPTPL;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. send the Commission proof of payment<\/strong>, together with the court order imposing the injunction<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The documents should preferably be sent by e-mail to correio.cpvc@sg.mj.pt<\/strong><\/a>. A valid email address must be provided for the subsequent sending of the payment confirmation statement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
